\u00a0<\/span>In our day-to-day life, we spend more time with our colleagues at work than with our children and family. This is why we must find time for each other during the week, to fully enjoy these moments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this article, there are <\/span>5 TIPS<\/i><\/b> to help you find a balance between work and home life. These tips and routines can be used to improve relationships between family members and improve the wellbeing of everyone, both young and old.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1-<\/b> Organise meals together:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Eating together might seem simple, but it\u2019s a great reason to share a moment with family, to listen to each other, discuss something or even debate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dinners not only nourish hungry tummies but also family bonds. (Haha)<\/span><\/p>\n

A little advice<\/i><\/b>: It is recommended to eat dinner between 7pm and 8pm. Eating too close to bedtime makes it harder to fall asleep. Also, avoid heavy meals, eating white meat or fish instead.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2- <\/b>Try meditation as a family:<\/b><\/p>\n

Practising meditation as a family is a great activity for strengthening relationships and easing tensions. It is also a good time to share a moment without interruptions, such as phones, radio, TV, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meditation has many benefits, including reducing stress and improving the quality of sleep and concentration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sitting cross-legged, focus on your breathing and your body whilst enjoying the present moment with yourself, your children, your spouse and\/or friends.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
