Recruitment Process

You can join the adventure Be My Nounou  in 4 easy steps!
Our recruitment process is very fast, usually it takes less than 6 days from the moment we receive your application to the moment you start working with us!

Step 1: Fill out the form online
Send us your application via our online form, it only takes 3 minutes and 20 seconds (yes we counted 😉 )

Step 2: Interview in our office
Following your application, we will get back to you by email or phone to offer an interview in our pretty office in Paris.

You will have the chance to meet Audrey, the Boss of the Recruitment!
Do not worry, Audrey is pretty cool (if you arrive on time 😉 )!
Step 3: We find you a family

In line with your desire in terms working hours per week, your location and your requirements, we offer you a position that brings together all your imperatives and wishes.


Meeting with the family :
1 – Once your application is validated by the agency, your application file is sent to the family you have selected.
2 – The family contacts you to offer you an interview according to your availabilities
3 – After meeting with the family, you and the family decide if you want to work together.


Step 4: Once the decision is validated on both sides, you can start taking care of the kids and sign your employment contract with Be My Nounou.


Be My Nounou will be your employer, remember that we will always be there to help you throughout the recruitment process, during the time of your contract and even after!
